We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK)

If you purchase online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. This is known as your cooling-off period.

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS (30-DAY POLICY)

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return under our extended policy:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
  • Products that have been used in water or outdoor fishing environments are considered used and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
  • All accessories, components, batteries, manuals, and original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number, receipt, or other reasonable evidence) must be provided

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

These conditions apply to our extended 30-day policy and do not affect your statutory right to handle goods reasonably during the 14-day cooling-off period. During the 14-day cooling-off period, items may be inspected and handled as they would be in a retail environment. Use of the product in outdoor or fishing conditions goes beyond reasonable handling and may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to return your item.

Returns are processed through our UK returns handling partners. Return addresses and instructions are provided after approval to ensure secure returns.

Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty or not as described.

We may request photo or video evidence to assess faults before issuing a return or replacement.

For faulty or incorrect items:

  • We cover return shipping costs
  • We will provide a prepaid return label where applicable

ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT ARRIVED

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, defective, or misdescribed.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return (or proof of return), we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return (whichever is sooner)
  • For cancellations made within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, refunds will not be unreasonably withheld pending inspection, except where permitted by law for diminished value due to excessive handling.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

BATTERIES & SAFETY NOTICE

Products containing rechargeable batteries must be returned with all batteries included and must not show signs of damage, misuse, or improper handling.

Battery performance may vary depending on usage, load, distance, and environmental conditions such as wind and water resistance.

Maximum control range is based on optimal conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on environmental factors such as interference, terrain, and weather conditions.
