At GRYD, we are committed to delivering your order reliably, safely, and with full transparency. This policy explains where we ship, delivery timelines, shipping costs, tracking, and how delivery issues are handled.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed after business hours may begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details.
Orders are fulfilled by GRYD through our logistics partners and delivered to UK customers using trusted local carriers.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free tracked shipping on all UK orders.
There is no minimum order value required.
All prices shown on our website include handling and delivery costs.
UK customers will not be charged any additional import duties, VAT, or courier handling fees on delivery.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for UK orders are:
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping (transit) time: 6–12 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods.
We aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe and, in any case, within 30 days, unless a different delivery timeframe is agreed with you.
5. Carrier Services
Orders are delivered via Royal Mail or an equivalent trusted local courier once the shipment reaches the United Kingdom.
All shipments include tracked delivery from dispatch to delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
You can also track your order using the Track Order page on our website.
7. Delivery Responsibility
We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you (or to someone you nominate to receive it).
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, you may be required to pay a re-delivery fee.
9. Delays and Delivery Issues
While we work with reliable logistics partners, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue.
10. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is confirmed as lost by the courier, you may choose between:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
