How many spots can I save with the GPS?
The standard variant saves 2 positions - your home (bank) position and one baiting spot. Perfect for anglers who fish a regular swim or consistent mark. If you would like to save more GPS spots, check out our GRYD Phantom GPS Pro Bait Boat, to be able to save up to 100 spots.
What happens if the battery runs low or I lose signal?
What happens if the battery runs low or I lose signal?
The Phantom's built-in failsafe return means that whenever the boat loses signal, or battery is low - the boat will return to the bank position automatically. This is why we recommend setting your bank position as Home point at the start of each session.
Can I attach my fishing rig directly to the boat?

Isn’t using a bait boat cheating?
Isn’t using a bait boat cheating?
It’s a fair question — and plenty of anglers have asked it. A bait boat doesn’t replace skill, watercraft, or knowledge of the venue. It removes the physical limitation of what you can reach and how consistently you can bait a spot. The fish still have to want to feed - you still have to put them there. Think of it the same way you’d think about bite alarms, GPS fish finders, or any other modern tackle. It’s a tool. Use it well and it changes results.
Is it easy to use if I've never used a bait boat before?
